People always ask me what it takes to be successful. This
is what I came up with in response:

Successful people are very positive people. When their sales
drop, they don't have negative thoughts such as "My business
is losing customers" or "My competitors are going to take
over the market". They create positive thoughts such as
"There might be a replacement for our product. Competitors
might not know yet. I'm going to research for more
information and be the pioneer of this product in the same
market."

As you can see, same thing happen but different way of
thinking it. The person who has negative thoughts will
start to live in fear, worries and ready to leave. The
person who has positive thoughts moves on and achieves
better results than others.

But the major problem is:

Most people think that they don't have control over their
thought. When sales drop, they automatically think in a
negative way. It doesn't look like they have a minute to
tell their mind "Hey Brain! Think in a positive way and see
how can we benefit from what happened!" The mind starts to
expect the worst situation and believes that's the truth.
Do you think the person purposely think in a negative way
and intentionally believe it?

No. That person didn't. It doesn't seem like he have a
choice.

But do you think you have a choice to choose how you think?
Can we control our thoughts?

Yes. You can do it in 3 steps:

1. Be Grateful Of What You Have. Most negative thoughts
come from the fear of loss. When you start to experience
and get to feel what you already have, the fear of loss
will disappear. You'll feel ease and comfortable at this
step.

2. Call Someone And Share Something Great With Them. Call
people related to you such as family, friends, customers or
colleagues. Share some great things and try to make them
happy. Most people think they are individual but it's not
in reality. When someone get killed or gone through bad
experience, you will feel bad too. When you make someone
happy or you empowered them, you will get back the same
too.

3. Give Someone Help Or Contribute To Others. You can do it
in the form of donation, voluntary in charity or help
someone over the street. Contributing to others fulfill us
and bring us great feeling. Someone's life is different
because of us. That allows us to feel the power and
greatness inherited by all human being.

identify all of the possible options in any given scenario.
As you practice this you will get a better idea of the
questions that work for you and here are some examples to

* What is the most important thing for me to focus on at
the moment?

* What would enable me to use my time more effectively?

* What is the next step for me in this moment?

* What do I most need?

Listening

If you ask a question there will inevitably be answers,
maybe lots of them. However, you need to learn to listen to
them and decide which is the best one in a particular
situation. You need to be willing to stop what you are
doing and shift your focus to listening to yourself. Take
that short amount of time, perhaps one minute, to listen to
the response that comes to you. Alternatively, you can write
down the answers that come or speak them into a dictaphone.
If you do this, more often than not you will find that one
of the answers provides you with the right course of action
for the situation.

3. Smile - I'm sure you have heard that smiling is contagious.
When you smile at someone and they smile back at you this is an
incredible motivational force.

4. Talk positively- Like smiling, using positive word not only
makes you feel better but will also be beneficial to the people
around you. Having an enthusiastic tone of voice and smiling
when you talk will bring forth a positive reaction in every
case.

5. Read inspiring books and listen to motivational programs. -
This is my favorite way to stay motivated. I was once asked how
I could always see the good side of things while everything
around me was falling apart. My answer was simple, on my way to
work I don't listen to the radio instead I listen to audio books
or personal development audio programs. Today with the internet
you can find tons of good audio program, free ebooks,
newsletter, etc. You can also go to your public library.

Many people have told me that email marketing is DYING. Whether you believe the controversy or not, I would have to say that I partially AGREE with it. For some marketers it is completely DEAD, anyway!

For marketers who have the EXPERTISE on this strategy, including myself, it is NOT even close to dead at all.

In fact, my recent email has pulled in close to about $3,000 with ONE single endorsement to 10,000 subscribers, while the other marketers with the same list size would BARELY make $200.00.

How does it work?
 
           "What can you do differently with email marketing?"

It is simple. In fact, it is so simple that NO ONE in this world would barely do it, anyway!

What is it, Henry?

You Need to speak as IF you are a very close friend with the person that READS the email. Care about their feelings. Get their support. Build their excitement. This is HOW you get their attention.

The problem is... How many people are doing this in their email marketing?

A blog is an easy way for website owners to easily post new content to a website.  With frequent changes it's important for visitors to know when new updates are posted. RSS (Real Simple Syndication) is the tool often used to notify users of new updates.


** Blogging to Increase Revenue:

Do you publish a blog? 

Do you have Google Adsense or other advertising on that blog and make money from visitors clicking on those ads?

One easy way to make more money from that effort is to get existing visitors to return each time you post something new. Having visitors opt-in to receive new blog content is an extremely easy way to increase income from the same visitors.

I heard about the possibility of stealing a slice of Google's profits before but never for one minute believed Google would allow it.
